We cover the whole spectrum of profiles through our two solutions. In our free recruitment program we work mostly with young-professional business profiles, and in our headhunting service we can source more senior and technical profiles.
We conduct a CV screening of thousands of applicants and exclusively select the best candidates, taking into account practicalities such as their visa status. We then carry out an in-depth interview with them to make sure they are a right fit with your company culture, and finally we send you the CV and summary of the interview for you to choose if you would like to meet them.
We commit to sending you only candidates that fully align with the position and company culture. In average, we send you 3 excellent candidates to review and we will continue this process until you find the perfect match.
Once we put you in contact with the candidate, you can follow your internal recruitment process as usual and arrange as many interviews as you need.
The recruitment process can last from 2 weeks to more than 3 months depending on the profile, search and rigorousness of the internal process of the company.
Not at all, you don’t have to recruit exclusively through us and can conduct your own search.
As we charge upon successful recruitment only, the fee will be due once a candidate accepts your offer, within 21 days of receiving the invoice (via email).
We provide guidelines but the ultimate responsibility of those administrative procedures is on the company and the hired person.
No, candidates will cover their own travel and living expenses, costs of personal/travel security, health insurance, visa fee, accommodation and any other associated costs.
If a candidate from the headhunting program falls within the first 3 months we will refill the position with a new candidate without any additional charge. If the hire decides to leave after the first 3 months, any refill will not be possible and there won’t be any refund. For more details, please consult our Terms & Conditions.
